I have been out with Jason several times over the years. He always provides a great experience. Regardless of weather and tides he provides a new experience and a great time on the water. This last trip we had about 7-8 keepers and a great dinner that night! If you're trying to decide whether or not to book him, just do it, you won't be disappointed.

I live in Mt Pleasant...and am a memeber of the boat club, but wanted to give my son the best fishing experience by hiring a professional who really knew the waters. Hiring Jason at Charleston Fishing Trips was the best decision. Not only did we catch several types of fish the entire trip, he is a salt of the earth type of guy. Big bonus points: we caught a 42 in red fish, which can be very fragile to put back successfully, he taught us how to handle their float bladder on re-entry to the water so they survive. He also fillet'd our sea bass. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Captain Jason is the king of Charleston Harbor! He is fantastic with the kids, and has the dad jokes to prove it. The fishing is serious: seriously fun. Within 30 seconds of the bobber hitting the water, we were reeling in our first catch (redfish), and the action never stopped. Best charter fishing experience I’ve ever had. Thanks for the memories, Captain Jason! We’ll be back for more!

Just want to give a shout out to Captain Jason! We went out fishing with him in mid-March 2024. Two dads and 2 sons. We had an amazing and memorable time!! Jason knew right where to go and taught us what we needed to know. He helped us every step of the way. We brought in a plethora of fish in 4-6 hours - Sheepshead, Black Drum, Trout, Weak Fish, Redfish, etc. He even fileted our fish afterwards - we ate them that same night! Jason was very professional and easy to work with!! If I go out again, I will call Jason... Steve Anderson
